Established in 1948, Douglas Laing & Co is an independent bottler of Scotch whisky. The company is based in Glasgow, Scotland.
This Whiskey is a marriage of Speyside Single Malts, bottled at 48% ABV without chill filtration and without coloring. At Scallywag, the whiskeys come from the Speyside region, among others, with distillates from Macallan, Mortlach and Glenrothes, among others.

he Scallywag name and distinctively adorable dog design, and was created in honor of a long line of Fox Terriers in the Douglas Laing family.
Sweet, spicy notes rise to the nose, accompanied by aromas of delicious, sweet vanilla. On the palate it has a sweet aroma of compote, Christmas pudding, dark chocolate and various spices. The finish has spicy orange notes, sweet tobacco, cocoa and notes of rich fruitcake.
