A.H. Riise developed his rum on the formerly "Danish Virgin Islands" or the so-called "Danish West Indies" in the Caribbean.
This A.H. Riise Signature from the Master Blender Collection is an absolute specialty of the house, for the production of which only rum from the best casks is used. The bottling takes place in small batches, so there are less than 2000 bottles of each edition.
Notes of ripe tropical fruits, coconuts and toffee fill the air. These are accompanied by a fine note of mint. It is soft on the palate and notes of candied lemons and apricots with roasted coconut and a hint of eucalyptus can be perceived. A perfectly balanced, long-lasting finish with flavors of tropical fruit and coconut.
