A.H. Riise developed its rum in the former "Danish Virgin Islands" or the so-called "Danish West Indies" in the Caribbean.
A.H. Riise X.O. Reserve Rum is one of the best rums from the West Indies. Several types of rum are blended together. Only use rums that have been stored and matured in wooden barrels for at least 20 years. Each barrel is hand-picked by the master distiller.
This rum is fruity and has a pronounced, pleasant sweetness. Notes of mangoes, papayas, oranges and vanilla can be detected here. The finish is long-lasting and slightly creamy.
