The 12 year old "" Double Cask "" from Aberlour is an excellent Scottish whiskey. It matures using traditional oak barrels and seasoned sherry barrels.
The whiskey is characterized by its scent of ripe strawberries, as well as sherry and citrus fruits. The aromas of ripe fruit blend perfectly with the notes of chocolate, caramel and cinnamon. Its finish is also with sweet and spicy aromas.
