Akashi is the official whiskey of the White Oak Distillery and contains 30% malt whiskey and 70% grain whiskey. Matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads for 3 years and fresh white oak barrels for 2 years. It is a Japanese blended Whiskey.

Powerful and pronounced aromas of malt, chamomile, flowers and notes of sherry rise into the nose. In terms of taste, it has a soft, fine and creamy structure. In addition to a pronounced vanilla aroma, tones of malt and a lot of oak wood are very dominant.
