Knockdhu is a whiskey distillery at Knock, near Huntly Aberdeenshire in Scotland, United Kingdom.
The AnCnoc 12 year old is a fine single malt whiskey with a fresh and pleasant sweetness. AnCnoc Single Malt Whiskey is a fruity, well-crafted Highland whiskey. In order to develop its full maturity, it is allowed to mature in selected oak barrels for a full 12 years. This gives it its great flavor profile.
This whiskey is very aromatic. Here notes of honey and lemon are in the foreground. On the palate the whiskey is sweet, with a nice fruitiness and a long smooth finish. Aromas of vanilla, caramel and dried fruit are particularly present here.
