The "" Ardmore Triple Wood "" is a peated Highland malt whiskey from mainland Scotland. Triple Wood was aged three times in ex-bourbon barrels, quarter wood barrels and puncheons.
Aromas of biscuit and cereal notes fill the air. The scent of bananas is subject to the initial impression of ginger, burnt sugar, cherries and honey. The whiskey tastes of lightly caramelized sugar, roasted barley and light peat smoke, these aromas are followed by sweet vanilla pudding.
