The 10 year old Arran is the first bottling of the distillery since it reopened in 1995. The island of Arran, on the west coast of Scotland, has a very old whiskey tradition. The Arran Distillery is very conveniently located on Loch na Davie
It has a perfect balance of the aromas of vanilla combined with exotic fruits and a distant hint of cocoa. It is complex and harmonious. A slight trace of cinnamon can be seen in the taste. The typical Arran citrus flavors complement each other with the underlying oak. The finish is soft and oily.
