The Philadelphia Distillery was founded in March 2005 in the Bylerry district in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is the first craft distillery, which has been opened in Pennsylvania since the prohibition.
This gin is made from 100% certified organic botanika.
In each gin is the juniper berry, also the bluecoat is no exception. But these bio-mediterranean berries are unique as they convey rich, fruity, spicy and earthy grades.
While London Dry Gins are typically dominated by juniper aromas, Bluecoat presents a complex but lightweight and refreshing citrus mixture consisting mainly of sweet citrus fruits and lemon shells. The addition of coriander gives a delicate floral and slightly vegetable background that leads to the major botanicals in the foreground.This is a very refresher, gentle and complex gin with soft junior ideas.
