Bowmore is a whiskey distillery on the island of Islay in Scotland. The distillery is owned by the Japanese-American Beam Suntory group. Most of the whiskey at the distillery is stored in Spanish sherry casks, which gives them their own unique taste. < / p>
The 15-year-old Bowmore is stored in first-fill bourbon barrels and wine barrels. It is a whiskey that refreshes, inspires and delights. Harmonized by the ripening, the complex aromas of silky citrus notes and salty-sweet vanilla glide over the palate, with peat smoke, sweet almond and lemon as the perfect finish.
