Bowmore is a whiskey distillery on the island of Islay in Scotland. The distillery is owned by the Japanese-American Beam Suntory group. Most of the distillery's whiskeys are aged in Spanish sherry casks, giving them their own unique flavor.

The legendary Bowmore No.1 Vaults are the oldest warehouses for Scotch single malt whisky. Four bottlings of the Bowmore Vault Edition show the complexity and diversity of Bowmore single malt whiskies. The range will have four versions, each targeting one of four flavors: Atlantic Sea Salt, Perfect Peat Smoke, Rich Fruity and Silky Sweet.

The Vault Edition has been hand selected to reflect the depth and breadth of Bowmore's distinctive taste. The second edition represents Bowmore's perfectly balanced smoky character.

 Aromas of peat, ash and toffee fill the air. A spicy hint of thyme, rosemary and mint are also added. On the palate, notes of overripe fruit, a clear note of smokehouse and volcanic ash are perceived. The finish is creamy and long.
