Brockmans Gin is created by G & J Distillers and made in a 100-year-old traditional copper bubble with 100% pure cereals and only the finest flavors. G & J Distillers is the oldest, continuous gin distillery of the world based in Warrington, Cheshire.
Brockmans Unique recipe made of natural-mounted aromatic plant substances is immersed for many hours in pure cereal piritus to release their natural oils and flavors. As one of the basic ingredients, of course, finer juniper was used, which grows in Italian Tuscany. The wild juniper brings in his spicy touch and acts almost perfume with entries of pine and lavender. The more traditional notes of Gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus fruits and aromatic forest berries from Northern Europe. Bulgarian coriander contributes its part and ensures an aromatic, ginger orange headnote. Licorice from China is a traditional ingredient that gives the Gin his woody flavors and his sweet. This harmonizes perfectly with the soft and rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries, which are all supported by the lower touch of Tuscan juniper berries. Dry, bitter sweet Valencian orange peel and lemons prolongs the deeper tones and gives an intense smooth finish.
Afterwards, Brockmans are slowly distilled in a 100-year-old traditional copper bubble, where the firing master captures the heart of Gin distillation. The distinctive gin notes derived from Brockmans unique recipe provide an exquisite, intensively soft gin with a uniquely defining sensual taste experience.
