The first release from the Steamship Collection is the "" Sherry Cask Reserve "" by Bushmills. It is a limited edition made of fine malt whiskey's which are matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry barrels. The Steamship Collection marks the 125th anniversary of the maiden voyage of the SS Bushmills, the distillery's own steamship, which delivered the whiskey to new parts of the world.
The flavors are spicy and sweet with a touch of dried fruit. Honey and chocolate give it a nice long and soft finish.
