Captain Morgan is a brand of liqueur with rum taste made by the British Alcohol conglomerate Diageo. The Captain Morgan Rum Distillery has its seat on the "American Virgin Islands". In order to create the soft taste for which the captain is known worldwide, the finest Caribbean rums are carefully mixed. While the locals of Caribbean islands such as Jamaica squeezed the sweet sugar cane juices to produce, ferment, disture, and aging to a dark rum, they kept their fluid in Cuba and Puerto Rico during a very short aging period after distillation.
