Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, CÎROC's Master Distiller, was born of generations of winemakers and distillers from the 15th century and has the art of distilling in his veins. Jean-Sebastien is based in Villevert, France, in the renowned Cognac wine region.

Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CÎROC Vodka is distilled from fine French grapes. The Ultra Premium Vodka is truly unique. The name comes from the combination of the two French words "Cime" (summit) and "Roche" (rock). True to its roots, the grapes for Ciroc Mauzac Blanc come from the high altitudes of Gaillac, France, overlooking the stone walls of Cordes-sur-Ciel. It is the fine French grapes and the fifth distillation in the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in southern France that give CÎROC Vodka a distinctive taste with an exceptionally fresh, citrusy taste.
