The finish in PX Oloroso sherry casks gives the whisky its great variety of aromas.
Aromas of honey, fruit cookies and pickled pears fill the nose. On the palate you will notice flavors of peppery spice and oak as well as a nice sweetness. Long lasting chili spice goes hand in hand with dry nuances, while a nice peppery finish lingers.
