Connemara is the only peated single malt Irish whiskey. The typically sweet notes of Irish whiskey, combined with the rich aroma of a peated malt, create a truly extraordinary product. The distillation in two stills and the long maturation process ensure the velvety- soft character of this whiskey.
Slightly fruity notes rise into the nose, with a pronounced smoky and fruity aroma. In terms of taste, it is silky smooth and has a slight taste of honey candy, malt and fruit. In the finish it has a rich peat taste.
