Copper Dog Speyside Blended Set 40%vol. 0.7 Liter

Copper Dog is a whiskey made in Scotland by the Craigellachie distilleries. The distillery is located in the heart of Speyside near the small town of Craigellachie/Banffshire. The distillery continues to use traditional worm tubs to cool the distillate. They give the whiskey a special taste.

 The inspiration for this unique blend of eight single malt whiskeys, blended in aged oak casks, comes from the mischief of these Speyside characters. It is a finely balanced whiskey that perfectly combines the personality of each of the distilleries.

Notes of fresh fruit and toffee rise into the nose with fruity notes of apple, pear, berries and a hint of citrus fruits. Notes of sweet wood and vanilla cream are also perceived. On the palate one perceives a creamy apple-caramel taste, which is accompanied by brown sugar and sweet fruits. You can also perceive slightly woody notes with spices, before this turns into a long and warm finish.
