Rum Diplomatico is manufactured in Venezuela from an independent and highly interesting distiller, the most gifted of the country, Licoreras Unidas. This distillery is over 100 years old.

Diplomatico Single Vintage is a premium rum from Venezuela. This fine rum is bottled by the producers in the old Venezuelan style, with a warm and heavy tone that has given way to lighter and more pleasant rum styles in recent years. The rums were distilled in the same year and matured for 12 years in bourbon and malt whisky casks. After being skillfully blended, they rest and refine for a further year in sherry casks. Aromas of sugar cane, spices, sherry and vanilla fill the nose. Nuances of sugar cane, fruit, vanilla, chocolate and roasted aromas are perceived on the palate. The finish of this rum is long-lasting, slightly sweet and warming.
