Don Papa, also called Papa Isio, is considered one of the few well-known heroes of the Philippine Revolution. The sugar cane for Don Papa Rum is grown exclusively on the island of Negros, which is considered the "sugar bow" of the Philippines. On the fertile, volcanic soil, the sweetest sugarculodes thrive there.
Don Papa Masskara is the first spiced rum from the product family. The name Masskara was dedicated to the traditional Masskara festival.
Fruity and exotic notes of fruit and various spices fill the air. The palate is also sweet and savory with notes of dried fruit and sugar cane.
