Edinburgh Gin is made under an artistic distillation and is made in two unique distilleries in Scotland's capital. One is located in the heart of the West End, the other in the Biscuit Factory in the historic Gin Port of Leith.
As advanced distillery, it is the appeal to design and manufacture innovative, industry-leading Gin in the heart of Edinburgh.
Distilled this gin in the COPPE-POT still process, in which only fine aromas find the way into the gin. The finest neutral alcohol is brought together with an original balance of 14 plant substances.
Notes of citrus fruits associated with juniper, followed by slightly floral notes and a hint of raspberry aroma rises in the nose. On the palate this gin is spicy and fruity. Light notes of pine wood, heather and a hint of ginger is perceived on the tongue.
