Heaven Hill Old Style Bourbon Whiskey is made at the Heaven Hill Bernheim distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. The maker of this whiskey is the second largest owner of bourbon whiskey in the world and is still owned by the founder's family.
After distillation, it spends seven years in American white oak barrels, where it can develop its complex flavor.
The aroma mixes with the typical bourbon notes of vanilla, spice and some smoke. On the palate it is well balanced with sweet and spicy notes of caramel and pepper. The finish is long lasting and malty.
