Finsbury Gin is one of the oldest well-known Gin species from the UK, which is still manufactured today.
The gin from the Finsbury Distillery is the London Dry Gin at 37.5%. The gin is made after an over 250 year old, secret recipe of the Finsbury Distillery founder called Joseph Bishop.
The gin is very mild despite its high alcohol content and impresses with a balanced aroma combination of juniper berries, herbs, spices and exotic fruits. The departure of the Finsbury London Dry Gin has a pleasant length, which leaves a slight sharpness in the palate.
