Flor de Caña is a brand for premium rum, which has its headquarters in Managua, Nicaragua. In 1890 he found the perfect backdrop for the Flor de Caña distillery at the foot of the Vulkan San Cristóbal, the highest and active volcano in Nicaragua. The fertility of the surrounding areas, the enriched water and the hot volcanic climate have helped form the unique and soft taste of the Rum. Flor de Caña Rum is distilled five times during its production. Each rum is matured in a charred oak barrel that was previously used to ripen bourbon whiskey and is also made by kosher standards. The rumors of the company are up to 25 years old.
The Flor de Cana 20 Years Rum was bottled in limited quantities on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the renowned rum distillery.
Aromas of oak with spicy nutmeg and a hint of dark chocolate fill the air. On the palate it is very versatile and full-bodied with notes of tropical fruits and the finest bourbon vanilla.
