Glengoyne is a whiskey distillery just south of Killearn, Scotland, in the Campsie Hills of the South Highlands. Bold, complex flavors from the slowest stills in Scotland, matured only in the finest casks.

Only traditional methods and raw materials are used for maturing. Only American or Spanish oak is used for the barrels. They mostly come from Jerez in Spain, where premium sherry was previously produced. The batch was stored in a mix of first fill sherry casks, first fill ex-bourbon casks and refill casks.

 Notes of vanilla, honey, strawberries and biscuit fill the air. One also perceives a spicy pepperiness and mild oak. On the palate one perceives a sweetness of rosehip syrup and brown sugar. The finish is long and sweet.
