This whisky was allowed to mature for over 19 years in an ex-Bourbon seasoned American Oak cask until it was then bottled after perfect maturation.

A complex aroma of sweet bourbon vanilla, chocolate, and subtle apricot notes rises to the nose, followed by a hint of spice and notes of oak. The palate is soft and very full-bodied. One perceives aromas of vanilla cream, apricots, white chocolate and various fruit notes. This whiskey has a long, fruity finish with a delicate hint of vanilla.
