Glenturret is officially the oldest operating whisky distillery in Scotland. In 1875, Thomas Stewart took over the distillery and renamed it from "Hosh Distillery" to "Glenturret".
Glenturret Triple Wood matures in American and European sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is sweet with hints of vanilla and orange. It is also sweet on the palate and is accompanied by notes of cinnamon, marzipan and coconut. The finish is long-lasting and oak notes are present here.
