Jack Daniel's is the brand name of a Tennessee whiskey from the small town of Lynchburg in Tennessee, USA. Jack Daniel's Distillery is officially founded in 1866. A few years later, the distillery moves to its current location to be closer to Jack Daniel's main resource: Spring Hollow's mineral-rich cave. The attention to detail in making whiskey begins with making their own charcoal for filtering. It has the perfect blend of corn, rye and barley. Most importantly, this filtering process sees the whiskey drop by drop through a 10-foot-thick layer of charcoal made from sugar maple on the distillery's premises for about twelve days. This gives the whiskey its unforgettable and unique taste.

The Jack Daniel's Legacy 2 Edition 1905 is the second special edition of the Legacy series.

Sweet aromas paired with nuts, green apple and roasted oak fill the air. On the palate it is round and perfectly balanced. Caramel and vanilla notes melt together with a peppery spiciness and light oaky notes. The finish is long-lasting with brown sugar, a fine spice and again toasted oak.
