A few years later, the distillery moves to its current location to be closer to Jack Daniel's main resource: Spring Hollow's mineral-rich cave. The attention to detail in making whiskey begins with making their own charcoal for filtering. It has the perfect blend of corn, rye and barley. Most importantly, this filtering process sees the whiskey drop by drop through a 10-foot-thick layer of charcoal made from sugar maple on the distillery's premises for about twelve days. This gives the whiskey its unforgettable and unique taste.

A classic 107 Proof with intense yet mild flavor brought on by Jack Daniel's new flamed American oak casks. The aroma comes from the unique and spicy rye grain with the taste of caramel and dry baking spices.
