Jack Daniel's is the brand name of a Tennessee whiskey from the small town of Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA. Jack Daniel's Distillery was officially founded in 1866. A few years later, the distillery moved to its current location to be closer to Jack Daniel's main resource: Spring Hollow's mineral-rich cave. Attention to detail in the making of whiskey begins with making your own charcoal to filter. It has the perfect blend of corn, rye and barley. Most importantly, this filtering process allows the whiskey to soak for about twelve days drop by drop through an approximately three meter thick layer of charcoal, which is produced on the premises of the distillery from sugar maple. This gives the whiskey its unforgettable and unique taste.

The aim of bottling is to revive authentic whiskeys from this period. Jack Daniel's Bonded Tennessee Whiskey is distilled in a single still, distilled in a single season and aged in hand-selected casks for a minimum of four years.

 The 100 proof bottle single cask has a multi-layered texture of intense, robust and fruity notes of oak, charcoal and spicy raisins. Vanilla, cinnamon and orange bitters provide a gentle balance.
