Kamiki is a unique blended malt whiskey made from Japanese malt whiskeys in combination with specially selected malt whiskeys from around the world. Kamiki uses a unique second maturation technique while blending for the second time in Yoshino Sugi-Japanese cedar casks It is left to rest for a perfectly smooth taste. This second aging makes Kamiki the first whiskey in the world with a Japanese cedar barrel finish.

Kamiki Dark Wood is specially made and aged longer to create a more intense cedar flavor to appeal to a bolder taste.

Notes of juicy summer apples, raisins and plums fill the air. On the palate, one notices sweet caramel, plum, dark and rich presence of smoke and toasted wood. In the finish, sandalwood, pepper and cinnamon merge beautifully.
