Kilchoman is one of Scotland's younger whisky distilleries and one of nine active whisky distilleries on the Hebridean island of Islay in Scotland.

As Kilchoman's Peter Wills shared, the whisky is a vatting of predominantly bourbon barrels with a little sherry influence from both oloroso and PX casks.
This single malt whisky develops notes of candied fruit, honey and strong peat. Sweet on the palate, it develops flavors of vanilla, fruit and delicate peat, to end on a salty, smoky note.
