Lagavulin is a whiskey distillery in Lagavulin on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay. The distillery belongs to the spirits group Diageo.
Soft fresh notes of milk chocolate, lemon and fine smoke smelling of tea rises into the nose. It is fine on the palate, a typical Lagavulin. The whiskey has a slight sweetness, is smoky, warming and dry. The finish is very long and smoky.
