Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distillery district of Leith. The manufacturer's distillery is "The Port of Leith Distillery".  In everything the distillery produces, the motto is "balance". With juniper as the centerpiece, fresh lime zest and a hint of pink peppercorns, a classic, balanced, dry and intense refreshing gin is produced.

There's no denying the influence of fresh lime, hence the name of the gin, which, together with juniper berries and pink peppercorns, makes a delicious drink. When the bottle is opened, a confident, spicy scent rises to the nose, announcing the freshness of peppery fruit. On the palate, notes of juniper berries mingle with delicate sweetness and a pleasant spiciness.
