Loch Lomond is a whiskey distillery in the small town of Alexandria on the southern tip of the lake of the same name, Loch Lomond in the Scottish Midlands.
This Loch Lomond Single Grain matured in American oak barrels to preserve its perfect variety of aromas. It is certified organic by the Soil Association.
Malty notes rise to the nose with sweet aromas of biscuit and barley. This is accompanied by aromas of baked apples and some fresh, fruity lemon. On the palate you can notice notes of pineapple and lemon. There is also a slight vanilla note present. The finish is soft, sweet and fruity.
