M&H Whiskey Distillery (Milk and Honey Distillery) is the first Israeli whiskey distillery and is located in Israel's first city: Tel Aviv, this city is the heart of Israel's culinary and drinking scene.

This single malt is the first whiskey that has matured at the lowest point on earth at a depth of around 423 meters in the Dead Sea. At temperatures of up to 50ºC, this whiskey is as strong and intense as the conditions in which it was matured. Exceptional casks were selected by Master Distiller, Tomer Goren, for this strictly limited edition.

Sweet notes with French vanilla and mocha, notes of cigar boxes and a refreshing hint of spearmint and a pleasant oak rise into the nose. A smooth start with black tea leaves, followed by a powerful surge of warm spices such as cinnamon and coriander seeds, dark cocoa powder and a sprinkling of crushed white pepper are felt on the palate. The finish is long and satisfying with candied ginger and cloves combined with a bouquet of roasted herbs and coarse sea salt.
