Albert Michler Distillery follows the heritage of the Albert Michler spirits house, whose roots date back to the 19th century. The Old Bert brand refers to Albert Michler's nickname and stands for aromatic bottlings based on Jamaican rum distillates with spices, fruit macerates and distinctive label design.

Michler's Old Bert Kingston Spiced is an aromatic rum based spirit with 40% vol. The bottling is based on Jamaican pot still rum and pays tribute to Kingston, the vibrant capital of Jamaica.

The blend is refined with selected spices and tropical fruit aromas. These include Persian lime, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, peppercorns and a macerate of grapefruit, orange, pineapple and other tropical fruits.

On the nose, Old Bert Kingston Spiced is intense and rum like with a fine citrus note. On the palate, the spirit is pleasantly sweet, fruity, spicy and lightly piquant with notes of vanilla, toffee, citrus fruits and tropical fruit.

The finish is rounded, sweet spicy and pleasantly warm. Old Bert Kingston Spiced is especially well suited over ice with cola, tonic or ginger beer, garnished with fresh orange or lime.
