The Monkey 47 Black Forest Dry Gin emerged after the over 60-year-old original recipe of the Gentleman Montgomery Collins, who made his own gin creation in the Black Forest.

This is a very harmonious gin with clear juniper aroma, fresh citrus grade, light pepper and coriander flavor and subtly bitter fruit notes. Other notes such as flowery elderflower, blackberry, lime and cranberries are very present here. A really well balanced gin.

Here are British tradition, exotic spices & black forest ingredients combined. Of the 47 hand-picked, vegetable ingredients, 1/3 come directly from the Black Forest. The fresh cranberries are considered a primety black forestry for a fruity note.
