Ocean's Rum Atlantic Edition 1997 43% 1 Litre
Ocean's Rum Atlantic Edition 1997 is a Caribbean inspired blend from Ocean's Distillery in the Canary Islands. For this edition, selected rums from different vintages are brought together.
The individual rums come from Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica and Martinique. This creates a layered profile that combines different rum styles from the Atlantic and Caribbean region.
On the nose, it shows notes of dried fruit, caramel and coffee. On the palate, the rum is smooth and rounded with hints of caramel, peach, cane sugar, honey, coffee and coconut.
At 43% vol., Ocean's Rum Atlantic Edition 1997 is especially suited for sipping neat at room temperature or slightly tempered in a nosing glass. It can also be enjoyed over a large ice cube, where the fruity and spicy notes open up nicely.
