Classic Irish whiskey is allowed to mature in fine sherry barrels, what ensures that the 3-fold distilled whiskey reaches even more depth.
Due to the high grain content and the sherry barrels used, Paddy is one of the softest Irish whiskeys. The typical grain whiskey can be clearly felt in the finish. Mildly spicy with light fruity notes and some residual sweetness.
