In the production of the Peat Beast, peat is used to produce the malt, following a tradition dating back more than 200 years.
Notes of campfire smoke, damp earth and spicy cinnamon fill the air. These powerful aromas of peat moss and wet grass are accompanied by seductive notes of crushed pears, apples and freshly baked bread. On the palate it is very strong and powerful, with smoky and fruity notes of peat, tar and fresh fruit.
