This Peat’s Beast Cask Strength is a full-bodied single malt whiskey that has a good portion of peatiness.
At the beginning, notes of honey, vanilla, creamy caramel and cinnamon rise into the nose. Then strong campfire smoke, cardamom and maritime notes. On the palate it is powerfully smoky with banana cake, viscous syrup, mocha and a little pineapple. In the finish you can perceive a persistent smoke with ginger and caraway seeds.
