In the production of the Peat Beast, peat is used to produce the malt, following a tradition dating back more than 200 years.
Smoky and peaty aromas rise into the nose, meeting the sweet note from the sherry cask. The smoky taste is accompanied by a sweet note of figs, dates, vanilla and cloves. In the finish, too, the smoky taste meets an intense chocolate note, sweet caramel and raisins. This whiskey has a long and intense finish.
