This Penderyn was married from ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry cask matured whiskeys.
Aromas of dark fruits, caramel and sherry fill the air. Green apples, nuts and a hint of almonds follow. It is remarkably sweet and dry on the palate. The finish is long and fresh.
