Each Plantation Rum is an expression of his Caribbean country of origin. Alexandre Gabriel, owner and master burner of Maison Ferrand, works closely with local distilleries that produce the RUMs, where they have to age for the first part of their lives in warm Caribbean cellars. Alexandre has maintained permanent relationships with the best Caribbean distilleries. The name Plantation is intended to reflect the most important terroirs and rum cultures. Plantation is also the owner of the mythical West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados and Shareholder of National Rum of Jamaica, owner of Clarendon Distillery and Long Pond Distillery.

During the secondary process, the rums are brought to Cognac, where they are subjected to a series of ancient Cognac manufacturing techniques. Vibrant, full-bodied Caribbean rumors with French grade!
