The rum is named after the province in the west of the Dominican Republic "Baoruco", which is already in the name, where this molasses distillate is also produced. This rum is made by the "Destilerias Sinc-Licores Since S.A."
This rum is obtained through a slow and relaxing process, based on an original formula and a set of traditional and strict Dominican-style standards. It develops its aroma in American oak barrels. There it is stored for at least 21 years.
The end product is a truly premium rum made in a very limited and controlled way. Sweet vanilla tones, spicy tobacco notes, aromas of leather, raisins and fruits such as bananas rise into the nose. On the palate one perceives notes of bitter chocolate, fruit, sweet vanilla and fine wood. A truly perfectly balanced rum from the Dominican Republic.
