Ron Quorhum 30 Aniversario Solera Fundador is a mature rum from the Dominican Republic. This bottling comes from Oliver & Oliver and combines long solera ageing with a full, dark and aromatic rum character.
The rum is distilled from sugar cane molasses and, according to retailer information, aged for up to 30 years using the solera method. Selected American and French oak casks are used for maturation, adding depth, spice and a pronounced cask note.
On the nose, it shows a warm, intense bouquet with vanilla, toasted wood, dark chocolate, coffee and caramel. On the palate, Ron Quorhum 30 Aniversario is full bodied and rounded with sweet spices, dried fruits, well integrated tannins and a hint of leather.
The finish is long, smooth and lingering. Ron Quorhum 30 Aniversario is especially suited for sipping neat at room temperature.
