For this Asian Pacific Xo Rum, the finest rum sorts from Indonesia and Fidji were married and stored in oak barrels. Only rumorts from lesser-known distilleries are selected. Every bottling is limited to a barrel and a Limited Edition.
Here are clearly aromas of baked banana, manukahonig, tropical fruits, spiced Eichenrum from Fidji and Indonesia. On the island of Fidji, grown fresh sugar cane is processed into sugar and molasses from which Fidji rum is made. This is then used in part for the production.
The tropical fruits and the cinnamon is clearly perceived in the nose and in the taste.
