It is unclear which distillery distilled the rum. This is a limited edition as it is a single cask rum, bottling only the contents of one cask.
"Rum Nation" is an international company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality rum. The company was founded by Fabio Rossi.
This rum matures for 18 years. The distillation is done from sugar cane in Spanish style.
In this rum one perceives sun-dried raisins, dates, coffee and wine-like aromas. On the palate it is intense and aromatic, with typical aromas of liquorice, chestnut, plum, molasses and a touch of vanilla. In the end, the rum becomes sharper and drier. Aromas of black pepper, cinnamon and beeswax with a hint of tobacco are present here and give the rum a nice finish.
