The noble Seagram's is a Canadian whiskey and is produced in Gimli Canada by the Gimli Distilleries.
The Seagrams V.O is aged for 6 years in old oak barrels, which gives it its mild characteristics. The oak aromas of the whiskey are rather subtle and underline the sweetish facets. A light spice and a hint of vanilla fill the air. On the palate it is soft and light and convinces with its mildness. A slight sweetness and aromas of oak, toffee and lemon give it a very special character. The whiskey is also very soft in the finish, which completes the picture.
